• Phone number
• Password, encrypted and handled securely by Supabase Auth. We never see your password.
• Unique account ID generated by Supabase

Delivery Address Information:

• Recipient name
• Building name/number and street
• Unit/apartment number
• Area/locality and landmark
• City, town, or village
• State/province
• Postal code/PIN
• Contact phone number

You can save up to 2 delivery addresses. You can delete and update addresses at any time from your account.

Cart Information:

• Products added to cart
• Product name, price, image, size, quantity
• Cart total
• Your account ID linked to the cart

Order Information:

• Order ID
• Customer name, phone, email
• Delivery address
• Product ordered, size, quantity
• Order amount
• Payment method
• Order status
• Order date and time

Payment Information:

• Your name, phone, email, and order amount are shared with Razorpay to process your payment.
• We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. These are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Payment status is received back from Razorpay after your transaction.

Why We Collect This Data

• To create and manage your account
• To process and fulfill your orders
• To deliver your purchases to the correct address
• To send order confirmations and updates
• To allow you to track your orders
• To show your order history in your account

Who Can Access Your Data

• Our store admin can see your name, email, phone, order details, delivery address, payment method, and order status through our internal admin panel.
• Razorpay receives your name, phone, email, and order amount to process payment.
• Supabase stores all account, cart, and order data securely on their platform.
• Vercel hosts our website and processes all web requests.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely on Supabase's cloud database infrastructure. Passwords are encrypted using Supabase Auth and are never stored in plain text. We never have access to your password.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Account data is kept as long as your account is active.
• Order data is kept for a minimum of 3 years for legal and business purposes.
• Cart data is cleared after a successful order.
• You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights Under Indian Law

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act 2000, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf
